This dynamic one-hour class integrates breath and movement to increase strength and flexibility, through mindful sequences, and concludes with a deep relaxation to replenish the nervous system and calm the mind.

While the reasons for first coming to a yoga mat vary widely, most students will soon discover a vast range of benefits from practicing yoga and meditation that they never anticipated.
Pam has been helping others through the power of yoga since 2002. She has guided people on a journey to a healthier life, working with those who have everything from cancer to obesity, injuries, depression, scoliosis, asthma, and fibromyalgia.
In 2014, Pam received her Ayurveda Yoga Specialist certification. She is now offering private consultations and personalized Ayurvedic Yoga treatment plans.
Teachers, if you are looking for assistance in creating a workshop, or wanting to refine your teaching skills, private mentoring sessions are available.

Individualized mentoring sessions are also available for helping you create a sacred space for your home practice. Pam earned a BFA from the University of Georgia in interior design and blends those skills with an emphasis on both the internal and external environment, to assist you in developing a space to support your practice.
