Tiffany Crawford Wilson

Tiffany Wilson, RYT 500, graduated from Sahki Yoga School’s 200-Hour program in June 2020.  Inspired to continue to deepen her learning of yoga, she soon began her 2nd teacher training with Sakhi Yoga School and received her YTT 300 certification in the Spring of 2022.  She quickly learned that yoga wasn’t going to just be a hobby.  Yoga for her, had become a lifestyle.  She loved learning from her teacher Pamela Meriwether and knew that being a yoga teacher was now her true passion and Dharma.  Tiffany started teaching at Palmetto Yoga in February of 2021 and took a pause from teaching to give birth to her beautiful baby boy, Stone, in Sept 2021.  She took a little time off of teaching to give herself some time with her son and family and then started teaching again in February of 2022.  She owns her own hair salon and yoga studio, Lotus Roots, in West Columbia.  She’s excited to be apart of the Sahki School and to always continue to follow her Dharma of teaching and learning Yoga.
